At Universal Behavioral Consulting Services, we provide consultation services to help you implement universal values, procedures, and skills. Our services are designed to bring meaningful improvements in the lives of neurotypical and neurodiverse learners. We empower you to be comfortable and confident in implementing these strategies. Dr. L works with you to develop customized solutions that meet your unique needs. He knows that workshops can inspire but they alone do not produce lasting, meaningful change. As such, all of his consultation services involve live coaching onsite or remotely using real time bug-in-ear technology. 

 

Dr. L has worked on various projects related to skill acquisition, behavioral management, and prosocial development. We collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their goals. Our approach is based on evidence-based practices and is tailored to the individual needs of the behavioral health providers, schools, and families.
